How does a recipient prove it's their package?
Each delivery generates a unique pickup code sent directly to the recipient by SMS and email. Only that code (or a scanned QR equivalent) opens the assigned compartment.
What records does the system keep?
Every transaction — deposit and pickup — is timestamped and logged automatically. Records are visible in the cloud dashboard and exportable for reporting.
