1 · Program Description

ReadyLockers operates a network of smart, internet-connected package locker cabinets installed in multifamily residential properties, mixed-use buildings, retail spaces, and commercial campuses. The platform sends transactional SMS notifications on behalf of property managers and parcel-delivery couriers to the residents and guests they serve.

By providing a mobile phone number through any ReadyLockers surface — including but not limited to a property manager handoff form, the package intake kiosk, the resident portal, a courier API integration, or a property staff portal — you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ReadyLockers at the number provided.

2 · What messages will I receive?

ReadyLockers sends the following transactional message types:

  • Package delivery notification. When a courier drops a package into a locker assigned to you, we send a one-time notification containing the locker number and a unique pickup PIN.Example: "Hi Sarah, your package has arrived at ReadyLockers at Mission Bay Lofts. Pickup PIN: 482910. Locker A12. Available 24/7."
  • Pickup confirmation. Once you've successfully retrieved your package, we send a short digital receipt.
  • Pickup reminders. If your package remains in the locker beyond 24 hours we may send a friendly reminder; a second reminder may fire at 48 hours. These are courtesy notifications — the package remains accessible.
  • Locker access alerts. If a security-related event is detected on your locker (e.g., tamper, stuck door), we may notify you so you can take action.
  • Operational notifications. Rare, time-sensitive notices such as a scheduled cabinet maintenance window that affects your pickup.

ReadyLockers DOES NOT send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS to residents or guests. Phone numbers are NEVER shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3 · Message frequency

Message frequency is entirely event-driven — you receive a message only when a package event involving your assigned locker occurs.

A typical resident receives 1–5 messages per package delivery (one delivery PIN, one pickup receipt, and up to two optional reminders if the package isn't retrieved promptly).

4 · Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply for every SMS sent and received on the mobile number you provide. ReadyLockers does not charge any fee for the messages it sends.

5 · How you opt in

You opt in to ReadyLockers SMS by performing any of the following actions:

  • Providing your phone number to the front-desk staff or property manager when registering for ReadyLockers service at a participating property.
  • Entering your phone number in the ReadyLockers Customer Portal at /customer/login and checking the SMS-notifications consent box.
  • Having a courier or property-staff member register a package against your unit, with a phone number you previously provided to the property.
  • Submitting the public Contact form at /contact with your phone number, indicating you'd like to receive follow-up communication.

At every point of opt-in we display the following disclosure:

"By providing your mobile number you agree to receive transactional SMS from ReadyLockers about your package deliveries, pickups, and locker access. Message frequency varies by activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

6 · How you opt out · STOP & HELP keywords

You can stop receiving ReadyLockers SMS at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message we send. You'll receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and we will not send you any further messages on that number. (Note: replying STOP will also stop critical package-pickup notifications, which may delay or prevent your access to deliveries until you re-subscribe.)
  • Reply HELP to any message to receive a short reply with our contact information and a reminder of these terms.
  • Email info@readylockers.com with the phone number you'd like to remove. We honor unsubscribe requests within one business day.
  • Call 855-500-2226 during business hours to speak with our customer team.

7 · Supported carriers

ReadyLockers SMS works on every major U.S. wireless carrier including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most smaller MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8 · Privacy

Phone numbers we collect are used solely for the transactional notification purposes described above. We do not sell, lease, rent, or share your phone number with third-party advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS message-delivery provider; messages you send and receive transit Twilio's infrastructure and your wireless carrier. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
