This is permanent. Deleting your ReadyLockers account will remove your profile, saved preferences, mobile biometric tokens, and your pickup history older than 90 days. Pickup history within the last 90 days may be retained for security and audit reasons.
What gets deleted
- Profile (name, phone, email, language preference)
- Saved biometric tokens on this device
- Push-notification tokens and SMS preferences
- Wallet passes (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
- Pickup history older than 90 days
What we retain (and why)
- Recent pickup audit (≤ 90 days) for chain-of-custody disputes
- Anonymized aggregate analytics (no personal data)
- Records required by law (tax, security incident, court order)
