Mobile Privacy

This notice covers the ReadyLockers iOS and Android mobile applications. It supplements our main Privacy Policy and explains in detail what data the mobile apps collect, what permissions they request, and how to opt-out.
1. Permissions the apps request
- Camera (optional) — only used when you tap "Scan QR" on the pickup screen. We do not store or upload camera frames; the QR is decoded locally on the device.
- Push notifications (optional) — used to alert you when packages arrive. You can disable these in iOS Settings > ReadyLockers or Android Settings > Apps > ReadyLockers > Notifications.
- Biometrics (optional) — Face ID, Touch ID, or Android fingerprint to unlock your PIN. Biometric data never leaves your device. We only receive a yes/no result from the OS.
- Network access — required. The app must talk to ReadyLockers servers over HTTPS to fetch packages and pickup codes.
- Storage — local cache for offline PIN access, wallet passes, and language preference. Cleared on logout or account deletion.
2. Data collected by the apps

We do not collect: contacts, microphone audio, precise GPS, advertising IDs, third-party analytics, or any health data.
3. Apple App Store Privacy Label (summary)
- Data Linked to You: Contact info, identifiers (account ID).
- Data Not Linked to You: Diagnostics, usage data (anonymized crash reports).
- Data Used to Track You: None.
4. Google Play Data Safety (summary)
- Data shared with third parties: None except APNs/FCM for push delivery.
- Data collected: Personal info (email/name/phone), App info and performance (crash logs).
- Data encrypted in transit: Yes (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+).
- Data deletion: Via in-app Settings > Delete Account or this public form.
5. Children
ReadyLockers mobile apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact privacy@readylockers.com so we can delete it.
