We share strictly with service providers acting on our instructions, never with advertisers, never for tracking:

Stripe

Payment processing — tokenizes the card so we never see the PAN.

Twilio

Transactional SMS only — booking PINs and locker codes.

Resend / SendGrid

Transactional email only — confirmations and receipts.

Surveillance footage

Stored locally at each property (not in our cloud) — disclosed to law enforcement only on lawful request.

ReadyLockers sends transactional SMS only — package delivery PINs, pickup receipts, optional 24h/48h reminders, locker-access alerts, and time-sensitive operational notices. We never send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS.

How we use your phone number: The mobile number you provide is used solely to deliver the transactional notifications described above. We do not sell, lease, rent, or share your number with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. Twilio, Inc. processes outbound SMS on our behalf; messages also transit your wireless carrier's network.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any ReadyLockers SMS to opt out of all messages on that number. Reply HELP for assistance or email info@readylockers.com.

Frequency & rates: Message frequency is event-driven (typically 1–5 per package delivery). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply; ReadyLockers does not charge for messages.

We use only session cookies (auth + language preference) and a single localStorage key (rl_lang). No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.

• Access — request a copy of all data tied to your account.
• Correction — fix anything inaccurate via Settings or by emailing info@readylockers.com.
• Erasure — delete your account and have your PII anonymized in 60 seconds via Settings → Delete Account. Anonymized records are retained only where Washington tax/audit law (7 years) or legal trail requirements apply.
• Portability — request an export of your bookings + receipts as CSV/PDF anytime.
• Object — opt out of any non-transactional email at the bottom of every message.
• Do Not Track — we honor browser DNT signals and never track across apps regardless.

ReadyLockers is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it within 7 days.

Production data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Card data is never stored on our servers — Stripe tokenizes at the browser. Internal access is role-gated (super_admin / property_manager / support / driver / resident) with audit logging. Surveillance is for security only and never used for biometric identification or commercial resale (per Washington Privacy Act, RCW 19.375).

We process all production data in the United States. If you access ReadyLockers from outside the U.S., your data will cross borders — by using the service you consent to this transfer.

California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale (we do not sell), and limit use of sensitive data. Contact info@readylockers.com or call 855-500-2226.

Washington (My Health My Data Act + Consumer Protection Act RCW 19.86): we do not collect health data. Surveillance never used for biometric ID or commercial resale.

Virginia / Colorado / Connecticut / Utah: all data subject rights honored — submit requests to info@readylockers.com.

For material changes, you will receive at least 30 days advance notice via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Prior versions are archived at readylockers.com/privacy/archive.
