What kind of properties qualify?
Multi-family residential 50+ units, retail >5,000 sqft with consistent foot traffic, hotels >75 rooms, gyms with member-based access, university dorms, and courier hubs. We custom-quote anything else.
What's the minimum locker count?
12 lockers (typical small bank). Larger deployments unlock better operator share and dedicated installation crews.
Who owns the hardware?
ReadyLockers retains ownership of the smart hardware (locks, controllers, cameras). You provide the physical space and on-site staff coordination.
What's my upfront cost?
$0 in most deployments. Hardware + install is amortized into the operator share. Larger banks may include a refundable deposit.
How is revenue split?
Operator share is 10–30% depending on property type, traffic forecast, and locker count. Confirmed in your operator agreement.
Who handles customer support?
