How the access code works
Operational failures, force majeure & emergency protocols
Force majeure. Ready Lockers is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, power-grid failures, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, data breaches, unauthorized system access, acts of government, or civil unrest. We will notify you within 24 hours of any confirmed force majeure event affecting your rental.
What happens when you forget to come back
Overstay timeline — what you owe each day
You can stop this at any time — open the web app, pay your balance, come get your item. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Retrieval — getting your item back after removal
Model 1: Daily caps (14 days) + actual shipping to HQ + actual shipping back + $50.
Data usage — what we keep and why
Account information (name, email, phone); rental activity and transaction history; locker access logs with timestamps; device interactions and web app usage; and payment records in PCI-compliant encrypted format. Your full card number is never stored on Ready Lockers servers.
Per CCPA (California) and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data subject to legal retention requirements. See our Privacy Policy (Document 6 of 6) for the full data map.
