SMS / Text Message Consent

Your consent matters. ReadyLockers will only send you SMS messages after you explicitly opt-in at registration by checking the "I agree to receive SMS messages from ReadyLockers" checkbox. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

1. Message types you may receive

Package-ready — when a package arrives at your locker.
Expiring-soon — when an unclaimed package is approaching its hold deadline.
Pickup-confirmation — after you successfully retrieve a package.
Account / security — sign-in codes, password-reset links.
Service alerts — cabinet outages or maintenance windows that affect your locker.

We will never send marketing or promotional SMS messages without a separate explicit opt-in.

2. Frequency

Expect 1–5 messages per week per active package. Frequency varies by delivery activity at your address. Operators (property managers, school staff) may receive additional operational alerts.

3. Message and data rates may apply

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. ReadyLockers does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving texts.

4. Opt-out — STOP

To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any SMS we send. You'll receive one final confirmation message that no further texts will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. You can also opt out by emailing support@readylockers.com.

5. Help — HELP

For help, reply HELP to any SMS we send or call 855-500-2226. Support is available Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm CT, with 24/7 emergency support for active cabinet outages.

6. Carriers supported

ReadyLockers SMS is delivered via Twilio (A2P 10DLC brand-registered) and is supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most regional US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell phone numbers to third parties for marketing.
