This Cookie Policy explains how ReadyLockers LLC ("ReadyLockers", "we", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, customer portal, and native mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language, sign-in state, and previously-visited pages. ReadyLockers uses both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (remain until they expire or are removed).
2. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — sign-in, CSRF protection, load balancing, locker open/close transactions. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional — language preference (EN/ES), accessibility, recent-cabinet selection.
- Analytics — anonymized counts of page views and button taps so we can improve the product. We do not sell analytics data.
- Security — brute-force protection, device-fingerprint hashing for fraud prevention.
3. Third-party providers
We use carefully-selected processors. None of these receive raw personal data without your explicit action:
- Stripe (payments)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Twilio (SMS — opt-in only, see SMS Consent)
- Sentry / source-maps (crash reporting)
4. How to control cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to your portal. EU/EEA visitors will see a banner allowing granular consent; California residents have rights described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Mobile applications
Our iOS and Android applications do not use browser cookies but they do use equivalent local storage and secure-enclave tokens for authentication, biometric preferences, and offline package data. See our Mobile Privacy notice for details.
