Terms of Service

Effective date: February 13, 2026

By using ReadyLockers, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 13+ years old.

Your account

• Keep your password and PIN private.
• One person per account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access lockers you are not authorized to use, reverse-engineer

the Service, or disrupt operations.

Locker contents

• Storage is **temporary** — retrieve items by the deadline shown.
• Items abandoned past the retention period may be removed by property staff.
• **Prohibited**: hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, perishables

that may damage other items, live animals.

• ReadyLockers does not inspect contents.

Fees

End-user use is free. Operator/property subscriptions are governed by a

separate agreement.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." Locker hardware is operated by third parties

and may experience outages.

Limitation of liability

Total liability is capped at USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior

12 months, whichever is greater.

Governing law

Texas, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.

Support access to your account

To provide assistance and troubleshoot issues, authorized ReadyLockers support

staff may access and view your account, including a read-only "view as" of your

portal, without requesting your password. Such access is limited to what is

needed to help you and is logged (which staff member, when, and which account).
